Chris Seymore for Governor 2018 Solutions to usher in a new era of Minnesota Governance

I have compiled the information in this blog to let the voters, and citizens of Minnesota know that I have been advocating for them for a along time in the State of MN. I also want the people to know that I was the only declared candidate, DFLer, Progressive, Independent or other wise willing to listen to Speaker Daudt, and ask questions to find a way to solutions for MN's non-partisan budget woes. Until this day I still believe I am the only person to offer real solutions to usher in a new era of Minnesota Governing for the 2018 Election.

my announcement to run for the office of Governor was public information during the interviewing of Speaker Daudt.

The GOP HOUSE LEADER responded to my questions during the press conference video I recorded earlier 2016.
That year I ran for House of Reps. for SD50B in Bloomington MN. They took the time to answer my questions, and I am grateful for them doing so. I needed to hear for my self why the House and the Governor couldn't govern together over the omnibus tax bill and the unfinished work of the 2016 session. Till this day the DEMOCRATS & REPUBLICANS FIGHT, and can't see eye to eye on the budget, or anything else, including the Governor's appointment of Lt Tina Smith as replacement Senator of MN.

"Daudt’s plan (to replace Sen. Al Franken), which they pitched again Friday,  is for a special legislative session for the sole purpose of electing a Democrat as Senate president. Dayton has already rebuffed the idea, but Gazelka and Daudt made the request more formal Friday, issuing a letter to Dayton and the Legislature’s two top Democrats: House Minority Leader Melissa Hortman and Senate Minority Leader Tom Bakk. “It doesn’t have to be that way,” the letter reads, referring to the weirdness of a Democratic governor finding himself with a Republican lieutenant governor. “This common sense solution will honor the wishes of Minnesota voters who in 2014 elected a Democrat Governor and a Democrat Lt. Governor and avoid a costly and unnecessary legal fight.” https://www.twincities.com/2017/12/22/minnesota-republicans-to-dems-lets-not-fight-well-give-you-a-democrat-lt-gov/

ALL THE WHILE.... THE CHILDREN & ADULTS THAT FALL INTO THE GAPS SUFFER! There is no compromise, or inclusion in the budget for the citizens that really need it! The Poor, the Elderly, and the Children.

"Minnesota faces a $188 million deficit over the current biennium, the Management and Budget Office announced Tuesday. Projections show that deficit will grow to $586 million in the 2020-21 biennium.
The deficits are due to a reduced U.S. economic growth forecast and spending bills passed by the state Legislature during the 2017 session, officials say.
"Unknowns in federal policy and the current economic expansion, one of the longest in U.S. history, create significant risk for this forecast," the office said in a news release Tuesday." By William Bornhoft, Patch Staff | Dec 5, 2017 11:45 am ET | Updated Dec 5, 2017 5:34 pm ET
